Tutorial: Simultaneously Broadcasting to Multiple Cam Sites using SplitCam

Introduction

Welcome to this tutorial on how to broadcast to multiple cam sites simultaneously using SplitCam. In this video, we’ll show you how to set up SplitCam to stream to multiple sites, including MyFreeCams, StripChat, Chaturbate, Bongacams, Cam4, and more.

Step 1: Setting up the Scene

To get started, we need to set up the scene in SplitCam. This includes adding a webcam and microphone to your scene.

1. Click on the "Media Layers" button (+) and choose "Web Camera".
2. Set up the resolution and FPS (frames per second) to your liking and click "Add Camera".
3. Click again on the "Media Layers" button (+) and choose "Microphone".
4. Choose your microphone and add audio to your scene.

You can also add other media layers such as an IP cam, browser screen share, microphone images, video, slideshow, audio, and text to your scene.

Step 2: Setting up MyFreeCams

To set up MyFreeCams, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Log into your MyFreeCams account on the model web page.
2. Go to the "Options" menu and choose "External Broadcaster".
3. Click on "Setup" and find the public stream key.
4. Copy the stream key and go back to SplitCam.
5. Click on the "Stream Settings" button in the top right corner of SplitCam.
6. Click on the "Add Channel" button at the bottom of the window.
7. Choose "MyFreeCams" from the list and continue.
8. Set up the recommended stream settings or set them up on your own.
9. Save and close the settings.

Step 3: Setting up StripChat

To set up StripChat, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. Log into your StripChat account and start your stream.
2. Scroll down and click on the "Start Stream" button again.
3. Switch to external software and find the stream key.
4. Copy the stream key and go back to SplitCam.
5. Add StripChat to SplitCam in the same way you added MyFreeCams.

Step 4: Adding Multiple Channels

Once you’ve set up MyFreeCams and StripChat, you can add multiple channels to SplitCam.

1. Go to the "Stream Settings" window in SplitCam.
2. Click on the "Add Channel" button at the bottom of the window.
3. Choose any of the cam sites from the list, such as Chaturbate, Bongacams, Cam4, etc.
4. Set up the stream settings for each channel and save and close.

Step 5: Going Live

To go live on multiple channels, follow these steps:

1. Click on the sliders next to each channel in the general list.
2. Click on the "Go Live" button.
3. If the sliders turn green, you’re streaming successfully!
