HOW TO DO IT: Position your HD Encoder video and Streamate chat interface
Tutorial Streamate
Today I will show you how to position your HD Encoder video and Streamate chat interface on your screen. This tutorial will help you configure your setup so that you can easily see both your live video and chat rooms simultaneously.
First, if you are logged into your Streamate chat, minimize the window and move it to the right-hand side of your screen. This way, you can see all the information, including paid guests and free chat rooms, without any cutoff. You may need to resize and adjust your windows to fit your screen properly.
Next, open your HD Encoder window and hide the settings by arrowing down. Make sure your video size is set to 100. Resize the window and position it next to your chat interface. It may take some trial and error to get it just right, but find a setup that works best for you to operate your Streamate chat rooms efficiently.
Layer your video over the chat interface so you can focus on your live video and monitor who is in your chat rooms at all times. Enable alerts so you can see when users log on or when you receive gold, keeping you informed about activities in your chat rooms while streaming.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Have a great day and take care!
