How to Do an Instagram Takeover: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

If you’re interested in doing an Instagram takeover, send a message to the account owner (in this case, cam4 Official on Instagram or Twitter) expressing your interest. You can also check if they have any specific guidelines or requirements for the takeover.
Step 2: Schedule Your Takeover
Once you have confirmed your takeover opportunity, schedule a time slot with the account owner. For cam4 Official, takeovers are typically scheduled on Thursdays from 3-5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Step 3: Prepare Your Content
Before your takeover, plan out the content you want to share. Remember to keep it safe for work and engaging for the audience. You will have two hours for your takeover, starting with a 15-minute live broadcast.
Step 4: Go Live on Instagram
At 3 p.m., start your live broadcast on the Instagram account. Use the camera button on the home page to access Instagram stories. On the story tab, swipe to live and start your live video. During the live broadcast, interact with viewers, answer questions, and promote your cam4 profile.
