Tutorial: How to Upload Artist ID Documents on Streamate
Hello everyone, Vanessa here from AWM. In this tutorial, I will be explaining the process of uploading the necessary ID documents to your Streamate account in order to get your profile approved on the site.
Step 1: Photo ID
The first document you will need to upload is a clear scan or photo image of one valid photo ID. This can be a passport, driver’s license, state or government-issued photo ID card, or a National Health card. Make sure the photo ID contains a picture of you, your legal first and last name, date of birth, signature, date of expiration, and a document ID number. If your photo ID has expired, it will not be accepted. Only one form of photo ID is required.
Step 2: Headshot with Photo ID
The second document you need to upload is a headshot of yourself holding your photo ID next to your face. Use either your webcam or camera to take a clear frontal shot of yourself holding the ID next to your face. Make sure your face is clearly visible and not obstructed.
Step 3: Uploading Documents
Once you have captured both images – your photo ID and headshot with the ID – you are ready to upload them to the Photo ID and Headshot section of your Streamate account for final approval.
Note: Temporary IDs or expired photo IDs will not be accepted. Make sure your documents meet the required criteria before uploading.
