Black Ops 3 Mod Tools: Export Maya Plugin/Xmodels and more.
Tutorial Xmodels
Hey there, everyone! In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to export Maya Plugin/Xmodels for Black Ops 3 Mod Tools.
First, you’ll need to download the Call of Duty plug-in from the video description. Once you have it, navigate to your ‘My Documents’ folder. Open up Maya and you’ll see a folder called ‘scripts’. This is where you’ll place the files from the plug-in. Replace or add the files to this folder.
Now, open up Maya and you’ll see the Call of Duty tools. This will allow you to create and modify X models. You can also import models from previous Call of Duty games. For example, I imported a bookshelf model in this tutorial.
To properly position the model, go to ‘Window’ -> ‘Settings and Preferences’ -> ‘Preferences’ and change the Y up access to Z up access. This is important for Call of Duty models.
Next, I’ll show you how to export X models to a bin format. Navigate to the ‘exports’ bin program and set the path to it in Maya. This will allow you to convert models using a program launcher.
In the next video, I’ll show you how to create your own X models in Maya. If you’re new to Maya, I recommend checking out Mike Hermes’s YouTube channel for tutorials on creating models. His videos are very helpful for beginners.
Mike Hermes covers topics like creating realistic cars, tables, swords, and more in Maya. His videos are easy to follow and great for learning how to make your own models.
If you’re interested in learning Maya and creating X models, definitely check out his channel. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and check the description for a link to his channel. Let me know how you’re enjoying the tutorials, and I’ll see you in the next video. Peace out!
