Today, I will be showing you how to create a neon stream effect in Photoshop.
Step 1: Open a new document in Photoshop and create a background layer.
Step 2: Select the Brush tool and choose a neon color for your stream, such as bright pink or vibrant green.
Step 3: Begin painting a curved line on your background layer, starting from one point and ending at another. This will be the base of your neon stream.
Step 4: Duplicate the layer with your base stream and reposition it slightly above or below the original line. This will create the illusion of depth in your stream.
Step 5: Continue duplicating and repositioning the layers until you have a full stream of neon light.
Step 6: Once you are satisfied with your neon stream, add a new layer and use a soft brush to create a glow effect around the edges of the stream.
Step 7: Experiment with different blending modes and opacity levels to create a glowing, neon effect in your stream.
Step 8: Finally, you can add additional details such as sparks or reflections to enhance the realism of your neon stream.
